He officially established WrightFilms (aka Infinity Unltd Productions) in 1985 after creating his first professional training film for ORTHO PHARMACEUTICAL in 1984. He hasn't looked back since. His training as both a still and a moving image professional started at home. His dad gave him his first Kodak "Instamatic" camera at the age of 8 or 9. Soon after came a Polaroid 220 Land Camera. By 14, came a Bell & Howell silent Super 8mm camera that he first used to capture memories from a church group trip to Disney World and a cruise to Bermuda and Nassau (including taking footage of sea life through the hull of a glass-bottomed boat). From then on, Vince was hooked! Vince is also an Emmy Award and Telly Award-winning Director, Writer-Producer and On-Camera Personality, who officially began his national broadcast television career in 1990 to 1991. Take a preview of the Norton Museum of Art's new summer exhibition, Out of this World: Extraordinary Costumes from Film and Television, on display from June 4 - Sept. 4. Jacob McMurray, Senior Curator, Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum in Seattle, Wash., and co-creator of Out of this World, leads a tour, and discusses the exhibition. Sci-fi and action-adventure fans will have an opportunity to view the capes, clothing, and costumes of their favorite characters from legendary science-fiction and action-adventure films and TV shows such as Star Wars, Star Trek, Batman, Battlestar Galactica, and The Terminator, among others. The exhibition, organized by the Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum at Seattle Center, features original costumes, and dozens of related accessories, organized into sections based on themes such as "Heroes and Villains," "Creating the Character," and "Caped Crusaders." Visitors can see the hat worn by Margaret Hamilton as the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz (1939); the leather jacket worn by Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989); the costume worn by George Clooney as Batman in Batman & Robin (1997), and so much more.
